A real estate agent and Broker, Christa has over 14 years’ experience as a top producing REALTOR®, Sales  Manager, Broker, and Trainer. Specializing in the Central, Historic, and Luxury Home Markets, she lives, works, and plays in the areas she works and sells in.
​ A major portion of her day is spent working with other Agents.  And why wouldn’t she? Over 92% of the homes sold are sold by other REALTORS®! As a new Agent, she found REALTOR® Tours to be a great resource for her clients’ marketing of their homes—and finding great homes even before they came on the market for her Buyers. She has   continued that tradition of bringing other agents together for the betterment of their clients, and is the founder and coordinator of the Central City REALTOR® Tour, the Central City BUYER Open House Tour, and the Urban Tour. She is also a member of the Historic Tour, Arcadia Tour, the North Central REALTOR® Tour, the PVRMS Tour, and the Luxury Home Tour.
She has even more designations than Tour memberships, and the alphabet soup after her name includes Broker, Accredited Buyers Rep (ABR), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN), e-PRO, and the green® designation, among others. She was awarded the Master of Real Estate Designation, and she also holds the Luxury Property Specialist Certification and is a top  producing Agent in the luxury marketplaces of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.
In addition to specializing in luxury and urban properties, Christa is well known throughout Arcadia, Biltmore, historic and arts districts and the North Central corridor. A resident of the Encanto-Palmcroft Historic District for two decades, she has a passion for historic homes in particular, and truly enjoys restoring and renovating historic homes (she’s weird, we know!).
And on those rare occasions when she’s not building, renovating, buying or selling homes, Christa can often be found hiking. She is active in the special needs community, working with families affected by Autism, Dyslexia, Processing Disorders and Sensory Integration Disorders, and has raised service dogs through The Hairy Angel Foundation, one of which hikes with her on a regular basis. Her teens appreciate his sacrifice, because without the dogs (they have a rescued sheepdog as well), Christa would invariably drag them up a hill or two, too and given her predilection for not  using maps, her teenage twins spoil him accordingly.

Detail oriented, highly organized, and a marketing and communications maven, Sonya Brooks brings with her an  arsenal of skills for your home selling and buying needs. Licensed since 2006, Sonya has worked in, on, and been a part of every aspect of the real estate sales process! Skilled with Comparative Market Analysis (CMA’s), Sonya researched and developed CMA’s for banks on their foreclosures, as well as for clients in both traditional as well as short sale situations. With her keen eye for details and marketability, she then developed in-depth marketing programs to highlight each home’s unique features and characteristics, blasting that information out into the Marketing Superhighway of our times, from traditional MLS exposure and “standard” real estate sites as well as Facebook,    Twitter, Pinterest, and everything in between.
A near native, Sonya knows the back roads as well as the freeways to every part of our town—and then some—, including but not limited to Casa Grande and Tucson, too! Closer to home, though, she specializes in Arrowhead,   Peoria, Surprise, Cave Creek and Carefree. And as the Tour Administrator for the Central City and Urban Tours, the Central Corridor, Biltmore and Arcadia neighborhoods are old hat to her as well.

Gregg Sobek has had his Arizona real estate license since 1997, but he is seldom seen. He normally acts more as a Secret Agent and is unlikely to help you buy or sell a piece of property—directly, that is. Principal Residential Group’s Web Wizard and Marketing Ninja, Gregg is responsible for optimizing our web presence and directing our virtual marketing machines and extensive web presence.  His skills at search engine optimization and website integration go beyond    typical Nerd status, allowing us to showcase our listings at the top of most search engines. While we’re not quite sure what specifically he does to make it all happen, what we do know is that like all great Wizards, he speaks in many, many tongues, and he’s fluent in SEO, SQL, ccTLD, URL, XML, and analytics, to name a few!
When not working behind the scenes, Gregg is our International Man of Mystery, and travels extensively throughout the world. One of only a dozen people deported from Mexico, Gregg enjoys traveling the road not taken, and, not surprisingly, has friends on every one of them!
